I led the app design of the Northern California District Council of Laborers mobile app.
This included defining the full screen flow architecture, designing reusable UI components, building a scalable UI kit, and developing the visual identity — including the app’s logo. The result was a cohesive design system aligned with usability best practices and tailored to the needs of union members.
